Flourish Surgical Arts Performs Facelifts for the Denver Metro Area
Many of our patients become increasingly dissatisfied or self-conscious about their face’s appearance as they grow older. As we age, the skin loses its elasticity from years of smiling and laughing, and sun exposure, which leads to wrinkles or rhytids around the face. For many, the natural changes that occur in the face are difficult to accept. But you don’t have to.
Flourish Surgical Arts understands the feelings so many of our patients experience about the effects of aging, and we’re passionate about putting our skills and experience to use restoring your vitality. That’s why we offer facelifts to Denver-area patients. Also called rhytidectomy, a facelift is a procedure used to revitalize the face. Discover a whole new you with a visit to Dr. Nesiba at Flourish Surgical Arts.

Why Should I Get One, and How Do They Work?
Facelifts are not right for everyone, and they only address specific areas of the face. In particular, rhytidectomy targets changes within the lower face, including the jawline, the jowls, the neck, and the submental area under the chin. Facelifts can be immensely beneficial to patients who feel, but don’t look, young. Facelifts address any or all of the following byproducts of aging:
- Saggy skin
- Creases
- Droopy skin
- Deep wrinkles
- Loss of volume
- And more

Dr. Nesiba utilizes fat grafting with every facelift procedure to help create volume and rejuvenate the skin. During the surgery, he will separate the skin from the connective tissues and muscles underneath. Then, he will reposition the facial tissues and establish a firmer foundation for your skin. Finally, he’ll remove the excess skin and gently lay the remaining skin on the improved foundation. The result is a fuller, smoother contour and a ravishingly youthful appearance.
